Forest Berry & Creamy Milk Dessert

Ingredients
For the Pudding:
1 liter milk
1 cup sugar (200 ml)
3 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoon butter
1 packet vanilla
For the Cookie Layer:
2 cups store-bought cookies (crushed in a food processor)
For the Berry Sauce:
2.5 cups mixed berries
6 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon starch (dissolved in a little water)
½ cup hot water
How to Make It:
1️⃣ Prepare the Pudding:
In a saucepan, combine milk, sugar, flour, and butter.
Stir constantly over medium heat to prevent sticking.
Once thickened, remove from heat and add vanilla. Mix well.
2️⃣ Layer the Dessert:
In a serving dish (such as a glass baking dish), spread a thin layer of pudding.
Sprinkle a layer of crushed cookies.
Add another layer of pudding.
3️⃣ Make the Berry Sauce:
In a separate pot, cook the berries with sugar and hot water.
Dissolve starch in a little water and add it to the mixture.
Stir until the sauce thickens, then remove from heat.
4️⃣ Assemble & Serve:
Pour the berry sauce over the pudding layer.
Let it cool, then refrigerate for a few hours before serving.
