Ingredients

For the Pudding:

  • 1 liter milk

  • 1 cup sugar (200 ml)

  • 3 tablespoons flour

  • 1 tablespoon butter

  • 1 packet vanilla

For the Cookie Layer:

  • 2 cups store-bought cookies (crushed in a food processor)

For the Berry Sauce:

  • 2.5 cups mixed berries

  • 6 tablespoons sugar

  • 1 tablespoon starch (dissolved in a little water)

  • ½ cup hot water

How to Make It:

1️⃣ Prepare the Pudding:

  • In a saucepan, combine milk, sugar, flour, and butter.

  • Stir constantly over medium heat to prevent sticking.

  • Once thickened, remove from heat and add vanilla. Mix well.

2️⃣ Layer the Dessert:

  • In a serving dish (such as a glass baking dish), spread a thin layer of pudding.

  • Sprinkle a layer of crushed cookies.

  • Add another layer of pudding.

3️⃣ Make the Berry Sauce:

  • In a separate pot, cook the berries with sugar and hot water.

  • Dissolve starch in a little water and add it to the mixture.

  • Stir until the sauce thickens, then remove from heat.

4️⃣ Assemble & Serve:

  • Pour the berry sauce over the pudding layer.

  • Let it cool, then refrigerate for a few hours before serving.
