Cheesy Vegetable Omelette Recipe

Omelettes are one of the most versatile and satisfying breakfast dishes. They can be made in countless ways—simple or loaded, creamy or crispy, folded or open-faced. While we love making the renowned chef Jacques Pépin’s classic French omelette with its delicate, silky texture, this version is a fantastic and easy alternative.

It’s slightly less fluffy than Pépin’s traditional technique, but it delivers a delicious, satisfying bite with a medley of vibrant vegetables and gooey melted cheese.

This is a hearty, protein-packed omelette that takes just 10 minutes to prepare, making it perfect for busy mornings or a nutritious brunch. Plus, it’s naturally low-carb, keto-friendly, and full of fiber from fresh vegetables, so you get a balanced, wholesome meal without extra effort.
