Spinach with Ground Beef and Onions
A simple and healthy dish made with fresh spinach, ground beef, and onions. Perfect for a nutritious meal!
Ingredients (4 Servings)
500g fresh spinach (washed and chopped)
200g ground beef
2 large onions (finely chopped)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ cup hot water
Yogurt for serving
Instructions
Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and sauté until soft and golden.
Add the ground beef and cook until browned, stirring occasionally.
Stir in the tomato paste, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes.
Add the chopped spinach and mix well. Cover the pan and let it cook for 5 minutes until the spinach wilts.
Pour in the hot water, stir, and let it simmer for 10-15 minutes until well combined.
Serve warm with yogurt on the side and enjoy!
